The Galleria – Stop & Go [Environ]

A high quality production here of 80s inspired street soul electro goodness. The beats, keys and vocals are all in exactly the right place 🙂 Love love love.

Lovestad – Miles [Freerange]

Another contender for track of the year 🙂 Effective clubby house with an elastic bassline, nice drums and a sweet horn track that never gets tired and a nice and large breakdown. Massive!

Res Mo – Exes [Needwant]

This is pretty epic. Not in length, but in depth and soul. Electronic emotional music with a broken house beat at it’s finest. Gotta love those chords…Go get it.

Lone – Not Seeing Is A Flower [Ancient Astronauts]

Another spot on track from the man who can do no wrong and another tune of the year contender! Synths, subtle breaks and a classic bassline coming correct each and every time! It’s from another quality 3 tracker…is Lone the most consistent producer around right now? Seems that way to me!

Gizpel – Eyes On The Street [Sprechen]

Finishing the recommendations for 2019, here’s a proper slice of excellent dreamy synthy indie which reminds me somewhat of New Order meeting The Stone Roses on a b-side somewhere back in ’89. It’s from an excellent 4-tracker that’s well worth picking up. A great track to end a session with (or drop mid-radio show 😉 Love it.
