Look.See.Here – Fri 19th March @ East Village
by admin on Mar.13, 2010, under Gigs
Well up for this gig – not been to East Village since it was Medicine Bar and long overdue a return! I’ll be on 12am-1am in the basement, getting on the disco/house/detroit tip! Shouts to Rory, Damo & Emma for sorting this one :) Make sure you check out the facebook page – really nice disco/soul/funk mix for download there.
FOR FULL DETAILS / CONCESSIONS GUEST LIST ETC,
CHECK THE FACE BOOK PAGE:
FRIDAY 19th MARCH @ EAST VILLAGE
In the Basement:
HANNAH HOLLAND (Trailer Trash/Batty Bass)
COLLINS 303 (Skanks/Rocket Science)
LOZAREZ (Most Wanted)
In the Bar:
PETE ZOMBIE
MICHEL FAUVRELLE
Look.See.Here returns with not one, not two, but three brand new debut sets to wow and amaze you!
After January’s hugely successful party – a big thank you to all of you who made it so – our March offering is set to be the biggest and best yet…
In the Bar: Fast becoming LSH legend, Pete Zombie, returns for another set of magical eclecticism. And we open our arms for a huge LSH hello to Michel Fauvrelle – all the way from Paris – who will funk things up early on. Expect ones you know and ones you don’t, but they’ll all get your feet a dancing!
In the Basement: Super cool resident Lozarez will be joined by Collins 303 – also losing his LSH virginity and possessing an unprecedented record collection that will offer up a mix of house, funk, disco, breaks and techno to keep the crowd on their toes…literally!
And for the headline set, we are delighted to welcome our third debutant – Trailer Trash resident and co-creator of Bastard Batty Bass, Hannah Holland! Her CV reads like a Time Out editor’s dream having rocked dancefloors at Fabric, Bugged Out, Ibiza’s Amnesia and Serbia’s notorious Exit festival to name but a few.
Hannah is a product of all the best bits of London club culture from the last decade; all the most innovative and exciting parties, scenes, movements, subcultures and music genres condensed into one frenetic curly haired DJ. Expect heavy bass lines, huge tunes, and a pumping dancefloor!
***£5 GUESTLIST!***
As always, we have our £5 concession guestlist for facebook friends so email your names to lookseeherenight@gmail.com. Get in there quick – only the first three hundred names are guaranteed to get on the list and it’s always full.
Otherwise, it’s £6 B4 11, £8 thereafter.
Can’t wait for this one…it’s gonna be huge!
See you all there – we’ll be down the front right in the middle…..
